The Deakin Young Leaders Program is a 6 month leadership initiative for young people aged 16–25 in the Deakin electorate. Delivered by the office of Matt Gregg MP, the program offers hands-on civic education, direct engagement with elected representatives, and meaningful community involvement.

Participants will gain real-world leadership experience by volunteering, shadowing community leaders, and delivering a community project, while building a strong network of like-minded peers. No prior experience is required—just enthusiasm and a commitment to making a difference.
